You can delete your Fitshandler account and all data linked to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — in the app
- Open the Fitshandler app and sign in with your phone number.
- Go to the “Account” tab.
- At the bottom, tap “Delete my data” and confirm.
The account and the data linked to it are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — through your studio
Ask the administrator of your studio — in person, by phone or in the app. They will delete your profile and the data linked to it in Fitshandler, and the studio confirms it to you directly.
What gets deleted
- the account (phone number, name);
- your membership and booking records;
- your booking and visit history;
- notification tokens and settings.
What may be retained: data we are required to keep by law (for example, records of payments and settlements) may be retained for the period set by legislation, after which it is deleted. All other personal data is deleted in full.
